Release & Permission: I hereby grant Montana Agri Women permission to record, photograph, and capture my likeness, voice, image, and statements for use in video, audio, or photographic form as part of the Her Roots, Our Future Women Past and Present in Montana Agriculture campaign.

I understand these materials may be used for educational, promotional, fundraising, historical, and informational purposes, including but not limited to: • Websites and social media • Presentations and public events • Educational programming • Print and digital publications I understand that I will not receive compensation and that Montana Agri Women will retain ownership of all recorded materials

Rights & Release: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or their use. I release and hold harmless Montana Agri Women, its representatives, partners, and assigns from any claims arising from the use of these materials.

Consent Duration: This authorization is voluntary and remains in effect unless revoked in writing. Revocation will not affect materials already produced or published.
